Gay Man Attempts to Kill Wife
by Trey C. on July 26, 2007We gay men have all had our tempers tested by women. As Jack, in the popular gay sitcom WILL & GRACE once wisely said, “Women!, Can’t live with them… end of scentence!.” But One man in Reno, Nevada might have taken this wise saying a little too close to heart.
Reno police have charged James Gau, age 50, with attempting to have his estranged wife murdered so that he can avoid a humiliating divorce and be able to live with his gay partner.
Police Srgt. Dave Evans tells the Reno Gazette-Journal that along with Gau trying to hire a hit-man to kill his wife, Gau had also even supplied a picture of Sheryl Gau and her address telling the hit-man to make it look like a robbery and to break her neck to avoid blood spill.
The anonymous hit-man finally went to the police who set up a sting which led to James’ arrest and conviction. “In this case, it appears he wanted to make his life easier and get on with his new lifestyle,” Evans told the paper. Well, I guess wherever Gau is going now he won’t have to worry about getting rid of his wife to have a boyfriend.
