National Underwear Day 2007

New York City’s Time SquareÂ was steaming hot as sexy underwear models roamed the streets to celebrate the 5th annual National Underwear Day. The event was first started by famed underwear company Fresh PairÂ backÂ on August 7,Â 2003. National Underwear Day “is an event that evokes the care-free attitude of Sixties ‘happenings’, when free spirits took control of public spaces as venues for their art and their message.” The belief was that underwear deserves a lot more recognition than it gets considering it’s a $13 billion industry. Or was it because they just want to see hot guys in underwear? Both reason works for me.
