Carlos was shot wearing styles from the new Summer collections by LA Sporting Club, Brazil’s famed swim wear designer Tulio and Canadian swim wear manufacturer JM. A once normal day now marks 12 years of protest. The National Day of Silence, started in 1996 by Maria Pulzetti, is a movement to help ‘end the silence’ that the GLBT community has to endure each and everyday.
This year has been dedicated in memory of 15-year-old Lawrence King who was allegedly murdered on the sole basis of his sexual identity.
