Another celebrity has taken the leap of death into marriage.

Last week national talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres, announced on the air that she and her life partner Portia de Rossi had officially tied the knots. Actor George Takei has also taken the plunge and is planned to marry his partner of 21-years and business manager, Brad Altman.

Takei, 71, said, “I was planning on asking Brad, but he got down on one knee and, of course, I said, yes.”
