WANTED: James McAvoy
by Trey C. on June 27, 2008
Amongst the mound of losers that stayed out last night to catch the opening of the movie WANTED, starring Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman, I am proud to say I was one of the movie-goers that “patiently” waited in line for a few hours to catch a glimpse of Angelina Jolie’s big ass lips and James McAvoy shirtless! It was seriously hubba-hubba. [Pic after the jump]
The movie started out kind of slow with Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) talking about himself and how he hates his job, life, and girlfriend — the kind of shit you would see in a chick-flic. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention that his co-worker, Barry (Chris Pratt) was fucking around with his girlfriend… Wesley knows it, but he is too much of a “pussy” to say anything.
Then steps in Big Lips, or as she was referred to in the movie, Fox (Angelina Jolie). This was the scene that I’m sure everybody saw on the previews where Fox drifts her car and grabs Wesley in front of the Grocery store.
Then the movie starts to get amazing, but I won’t get into details. Go check it out for yourself! I’ll leave off with one thing though… you will LOVE the ending — and the scene where Wesley gets out of the shower and walks around shirtless :)

Plot Summary from IMDB
“Wanted” tells the tale of one apathetic nobody’s transformation into an unparalleled enforcer of justice. In 2008, we’re introduced to a hero for a new generation: 25 year old employed slacker, WESLEY GIBSON. Wes is the most disaffected, cube-dwelling, clock-punching drone this planet has ever known. His boss chews him out hourly, his girlfriend ignores him routinely, and his life plods on in interminable boredom and routine. Everyone knows this disengaged slacker will amount to absolutely nothing, and so does he, until he meets the sexy, foxy woman named FOX, and then everything changes. Wes’ estranged father is murdered, and the deadly Fox recruits him into The Fraternity, a secret society that trains him to avenge his father’s death, by unlocking his dormant powers. And oh boy does he have powers, as she teaches Wes how to develop his lightning-quick reflexes and phenomenal agility, he discovers that The Fraternity lives by an ancient, unbreakable code: to carry out the death orders given by emotionless Fate itself. Wes, with his wickedly brilliant and sexy tutor, plus the paternal guidance of The Fraternity’s enigmatic leader, SLOAN, young Wes grows to enjoy all the strength and success he ever wanted. But, slowly, he realizes there’s more to his dangerous associates than meets the casual eye.
