McDonald’s Gay Agenda: “i’m lovin’ it”

The American Family Association is at it again with their devilish tactics in their pursuit to control the world. Today they announced that they are boycotting McDonald’s because according to the AFA, Ronald McDonald’s and his gang are part of the gay agenda. Give us a break!
What the boycott is all about
It is about McDonald’s, as a corporation, refusing to remain neutral in the culture wars. McDonald’s has chosen not to remain neutral but to give the full weight of their corporation to promoting the homosexual agenda, including homosexual marriage.
This come months after the refusal of McDonald’s to condemn VP of Communications, Richard Ellis, from taking a executive position in the Board of Directors of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
AFA President Donald Wildmon said the situation is “strange” because “it’s the family that McDonald’s appeals to — children’s playland, you know, all the little toys, all of that. And they are promoting a lifestyle that would utterly destroy the traditional family.”
Hey! I’m queer and I love chugging down a burger or two!
McDonald’s is standing strong as they delivered this message to the AFA:
“We treat our employees and our customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or other factors. We support our employees’ personal involvement in organizations of their choice. ”
The AFA is well known for their many crazy tactics – much like the Westboro Baptist Church for being Baptist – which includes recently the boycott against General Motors for advertising to gay consumers, and the AFA proposed law to ban porn in Hotels.
Hmmm… i’m lovin’ it.

I have nothing against gays. I have worked with gays and never condemned them. My gay friends understood my position and I understood theirs after open and frank discussions that we shared. We amiably respected each other’s right to disagree and it never caused any problems between us. I have never judged them because a higher divine authority owns the exclusive right to be the only judge of us all. I never had the urge to criticize them or to preach to them…….. When my critics read my emails concerning McDonald’s, they prefer to accuse me of being hateful, judgmental, cruel, and without compassion. Even though these accusations are false and without foundation. They are based on an accuser’s “feelings” as to what my hidden “real” motives really are……..I believe that the gay lifestyle is immoral and it surprises me when some people say that I do not have the right to think that way. I am also surprised that some people say that I am not compassionate because I refuse to accept the gay lifestyle as normal behavior or to be the result of one’s genetic makeup. (A homosexual gene has never been identified.) It seems strange that gays expect and almost demand that the public defend the gay issues but they do not recognize anyone’s right to disagree with them. In spite of that, I will fight for the right for gays to believe whatever they believe in…………… I’m aware that there are people who will disagree with me and I feel comfortable for them to think that way.…………… I believe that McDonald’s should make burgers and not make politically correct statements. They left themselves open for criticism when they make their mission statements public………… Since McDonald’s has expressed a humanitarian need to be of help, then I hope that they are telling gays that their lifestyle could lead them to premature death. I know of gay people that never made it to their 40th birthday…….. No one can take away my right to criticize McDonald’s or to boycott them. I cannot support any group that encourages and rewards immoral behavior. We are all free to make our own choices in life but we all need to rely on our moral compasses to set our course.

@Jere: You are no threat to anyone and certainly not to me. I have nothing against gay people. I feel comfortable for them to think any way they want to. Why is it impossible for them to let me think any way I want to? Am I a threat to anyone because of what I believe? Is it only the gay way or no way? Are we the same as worms or fish? I love all people the way the bible teaches us…don’t gays read from the same bible too? If so, then what do they have against me? I also find that promiscuity and divorce is against my moral thinking and at the same time I have divorced friends and friends who have had immoral incounters. I just do not want anyone to tell me that I have no right to believe anything that I believe in. What crime do I commit? The only judgement I make is concernig what is and is not moral behavior and conduct my life accordingly.
