Clowns Get Their Own Nude Calendar

Just when you thought the world could not get any weirder. A group of clowns are juggling balloons and hats to hide their naughty bits in a bid to raise money for charity.

The Naked Clown Calendar features 21 clowns who have stripped down to their birthday suits in honour of a beloved mentor left paralysed by Multiple Sclerosis (MS) while the clowns are using the usual props that make kids laugh – hats, balloons and uni-cycles – the 2009 calendar is anything but child like. There aren’t the usual photos of clowns at kids’ parties or falling out of cars – instead these are photos of clowns tumbling though the air, performing songs in the park or flying out of cannons – with pies and top hats hiding the naughty bits. The clowns from the San Francisco Circus Center’s Clown Conservatory are raising in the money in honour of their mentor and clown Judy Finelli who was diagnosed with MS and is now a quadriplegic.
