National Protest Against Prop 8, SaturdayJoin the Impact has organized a nationwide protest to be held Saturday, Nov. 15, to unite the LGBT communities across the U.S. in a stance to fight against the passing of Proposition 8.

The passing of Prop 8 — which bans gay marriages — caused a week long protest in California which has since spread to cities like New York City which brought out an incredible estimated 10,000 protesters. Whoopi was even present at the rally and talked about it on “The View.”

Saturdays protest will be held at major cities City Hall and will begin at 12:30 CDT nationwide.
