With beers in hand — and even some hidden in their Louis Vuitton purses — plus thousands of dollars to spend, Dallas’ top socialites gathered Wednesday at Zubar for a fundraising event to raise some dough for Dallas’ LGBT youth center.

The signature event cleverly titled ‘The Hall Street Journal,’ reportedly raised around $17,000. The final numbers has not been confirmed just yet. The funding will go towards educational and programming services for the Youth First Texas center.
