If I am ever fortunate enough to graduate college, I definitely want Ellen DeGeneres to speak at my commencement ceremony. Ellen gratefully returned back to her home state of Louisiana to speak to the graduating class of Tulane University. Obviously, with Ellen present, there is no typical speech format. She kept the crowd laughing while telling the crowd about her definition of success and the struggle she faced as a tv personality from the early years. Catch it after the jump.

There’s some beefy shit going on between supermodels Tyra Banks and Paulina Porizkova.

Porizkova recently got fired from being a judge on America’s Next Top Model — after what, two seasons? — and went out to talk to Access Hollywood and the Billy Bush Show:

“I must admit I was having a little bit of an issue with Tyra being late for every judging,” she told Billy. “It’s six hours later and I feel like I am being told my time is not as valuable as hers. They pointed out that I should shut up and be grateful for the job and that Tyra is really busy.”
