‘New Moon’ left audiences across the nation with their jaws-dropped this past weekend as it made history as the 3rd biggest weekend opener ever, grossing an astounding $140.7 million at the box office.
Buff Bodies Blind ‘New Moon’
As successful and publicized as the movie was, it leaves me to wonder whether the success of ‘New Moon’ was due to the great story behind the series, or was it the bare-chested men that roamed the screen in 3/4th of the movie?

The Adam Lambert drama that just won’t end! Well, now it’s Popwired’s turn to shrine in. After all, who knows better than the gays who judge other gays for a living?
Adam Lambert made ‘American Music Awards’ history Sunday evening with his provocative dance on live television.
During his musical performance he kissed his male keyboardist — gay gasp — and then shoved another one to his crotch, simulating what everyone assumes to be “oral sex.”
The drama continued Tuesday when ABC announced that they canceled their scheduled Wednesday concert with Adam Lambert, literally exploding the blogaysphere.

‘New Moon’ hunk Taylor Lautner apparently has a boy crush, according to gossip site Showhype.
Lautner is rumored to be dating Sean Fox Zastoupil who recently flew in from Las Vegas to spend the weekend with Lautner.
“They were seen making out at popular Club Dollhouse earlier the week before and also seen shopping in the Trendy Meat Packing district in NY,” the website reports. But as usual there’s no real credible source for this story.

MTV President of entertainment Brian Graden savors the sunshine with a mystery male companion Monday afternoon.
Known as one of the most influential executives in reality programming history, Graden put on a reality show of his own, frolicking in the waves with his younger friend and being affectionate on the beach.
Graden, who was named one of the most powerful gay persons by Out Magazine, had reportedly planned on stepping down from his position to focus on writing a musical. In the meantime, it appears as though his focus may be on another work of art, his handsome young sidekick and holiday mate.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but the pic of Brian and his “friend” caressing each other after the jump is worth a million!

If you add all his gorgeous body parts together you’ll get something superfine! Haha, yes, we know that’s corny. He is a very sporty person and plays football at least twice a week, according to photographer Dylan Rosser.
What do you think, stud or dud? More images after the jump.

OUT magazine’s Alex Wilburn posted on their blog Popnography today a recap of a recent gay-themed episode of ‘Degrassi’ in which he remarks on the issues of coming out in high school for gay character Riley, who is the star football player for Degrassi High.
Wilburn notes, in relation to gay society today, that ” we assume gay teens are naturally accepting,” eventually building up to the fact that in today’s LGBT society gays are hating their own kind more than ever. Who’s more straight? Who’s more gay? Can someone be more-or-less gay?
He then calls into action and ask that gays “stop dividing into groups or using terms like ‘gayface’” in which he referenced Popwired’s post of a new kid on Gossip Girl that we thought looked gay.
Did we make a slip-up by using the term “gay face” instead of identifying the character by his real name or some other snarky term? Sure, we did. But does Popwired saying “Gay face” really go against the gay agenda and destroy future hopes of gays getting along together? Not at all, that’s just how we do stuff here — randomly!
For us to say “gay face”, it just merely means that they’re handsome and well moisturized.
What do you think, were we in the wrong?

Is President Barack Obama involved in a gay sex scandal? Probably not. The Globe, the same tabby who reported the rise of Godzilla, alleges yet again that President Obama had a gay sex affair.
This time his sex partner wants revenge — dun dun dun!
Who cares?! The real question us gays should be asking is, “is President Obama doing a horrible job at keeping LGBT promises for equality?” Depends on which ‘wing’ you ride.

If this image of Lautner in a wet t-shirt doesn’t get you going, then the subhead “Taylor Lautner’s Wild Ride” should at least give you something to squawk over. [The Frisky]
Lautner tells Rolling Stone’s Neil Strauss he’s never smoked pot, never tried cigarettes and never snorted a line of cocaine in the new issue dated December 10, 2009, on stands tomorrow.
