Chinese father says he chains his small son to a corner so he won’t be abducted, as his sister was, according to a report by ITN’s John Ray for CNN.

This is nothing gay or pop culture-related, but something that I thought might catch you’re interest. Child abduction has been on the rise in China, and a father took a small step to keep his son from the same fate as his sister. The CNN video can been seen after the jump.

TMZ obtained the horrific beating-photo of Rihanna that took place two weeks ago, allegedly assaulted by former boyfriend, Chris Brown. Now the Los Angeles Police Department is pissed as fuck. The photo released was unauthorized and generated an internal investigation.

LAPD made a press statement regarding the photo:

The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence.
The Department launched an immediate internal investigation and subsequently filed a personnel complaint.

A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.”

They are worried about “serious misconduct”? It’s about time we got some sort of confirmation regarding this incident. How about keeping that gangsta, Chris Brown, in jail instead of worrying about the release of the photo? He’s roaming freely beating up other woman in his hometown.

Express says the campaign implies “a discount retailer with an overwhelming nationwide presence, is offering genuine Express-branded apparel of the same quality, but ‘for less,’ at a lower, ‘unbeatable’ price,” WWD reports.

“Consumers are likely to be confused or deceived into believing that defendant offers genuine Express branded apparel, which it does not,” Express, a closely held company with more than 620 stores, said in the complaint.

Wal-Mart filed a federal trademark application for “Express for Less” in October, according to the suit. Express, based in Columbus, Ohio, said it is challenging the application at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Express, which had sales last year of more than $1.5 billion, is seeking money damages and a court order banning the Wal-Mart slogan.

Assistant Commander Azam Abd Hamid said “six men, all naked, were caught in three toilets while the others were found patronizing the joint.”

Race is a very funny, although very sensitive topic, and when done correctly, can have an overwhelming effect in creating humor, as well as attracting audiences.

So, I’m guessing plenty of you have probably heard of “Stuff White People Like,” a very humorous and “politically incorrect” take on the social protocol of the “middle white class.” Well, a woman, by the name of Jeninne found it very hilarious and decided to create her own version – “Stuff Mixed-People Like.” Naturally…this doesn’t work. Maybe it’s because Mixed Individuals are comprised of WAY too many different combinations and possibilities, as well as environments, for there to be any large-scale uniformity, or maybe it’s because I’m just an ass and I don’t want to give her proper credit – either way, sorry love: not happening.

Not to say it killed the joke – but it kinda did. I mean, I admire her tenacious and audacious attempt at bridging the gap, but let’s be honest – it doesn’t quite work. It’d be like me making a “Stuff Mexicans Like,” and listing “eating beans,” “mowing lawns,” and “hopping fences” as some of our favorite activities; I’m sorry, but it just doesn’t work.

So all in all, way to go Jeninne – you killed something legitimately funny.

After yesterday’s posting of an advert by Durex and Johnny Depp announcing his endorsement for Magnum Condoms, it made us a little curious about all the other existing commercials floating around the web that had to do with the condoms and I found this one.
